This is a delicious light cheesecake topping bursting with limes. I used a ginger nut biscuit base which compliments the limes in the cheesecake. I made this for my friend, Bozenas birthday 🎂 She is a huge fan of cheesecake!

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
