RAW Baking

You can beat a slice or 2 of lemon drizzle cake on a bank holiday weekend. Just nice with a cup of tea whilst sat in the garden.

Freshly made this morning. I tool some brownies to work to share with my colleagues. 

A chocolate fudge cake for my sister's birthday today.  She is a Low Fu fitness instructor hence the karate style icing figures on the top of the cake.

My neighbour gave me some rhubarb from their garden, so i found a new recipe `Rhubarb and yoghurt cake.'  It has ground almonds in it as well as yoghurt, which gives the cake a lovely moist, dense finish. I think it would taste lovely with some ginger ice cream.
