This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

A recipe from Momma Cherri's recipe book. The brownies were fudgy and very chocolatey. Truly scrumptious.
Darn fine browies but I prefer your usual recipe. But then, you bake so many of both it's not really a problem!
