This was a great cake to make with my niece, Eden. We creating 6 different brightly coloured bowls of cake mixture, using gel food colouring. 😋 Then simular to a marble cake, added the different colours randomly unto the cake tins. Here's the result
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
