A cake for my sisters birthday. We had a lovely afternoon tea in her garden celebrating with prosecco and homemade cakes. Coffee and walnut cake is a classic and a family favourite.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
