Chocolate ganache cake

I made a chocolate fudge cake topped with a dark rich ganache topping for my colleague and friend, Dini who left my workplace today after 14 years. Her catchphrase at work whenever I did a mistake was `What's the Story?' hence the writing on the cake!

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂

A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!
