Oreo cookie chocolate fudge

A great cake for any chocoholic. I made this cake for my sister in law's birthday. A chocolate fudge sponge and filled the centre of the cake with vanilla butter icing mixed with crushed oreo cookies. The cake was topped with a rich chocolate fudge icing and decorated with more oreo cookies. Totally scrumptious!

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
