This cake uses oil instead of butter in the sponge so its very moist. It is also bursting with chocolate flavour using cocoa powder in both the sponge and icing. I made this cake for my nephew, Ellis is is 7 today!

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
