This is a rich, dark chocolate sponge filled with white chocolate frosting. I made this for my brothers 40th birthday. Our flat smelt of chocolate all day after baking this cake. It was amazing!!
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
