Plum crumble Tray-bake

Since I had bucket loads of plums from our garden, I found a really nice and easy Plum Crumble Tray bake recipe. It has a light sponge base, topped with a layer of plums and then a crumble topping to finish, I also added cinnamon to the plums - as I love a touch of a cinnamon. Coffee cake

One of my favourites - coffee cake. Coffee sponge filled with coffee butter icing and topped with dark chocolate covered coffee beans. Enjoyed best alongside a latte or a cappuccino.

Baby its cold outside!

Its freezing cold outside so I am enjoying a day at home baking a few naughty but nice things! Here's the batch of dark and white chocolate cookies I made. I am just enjoying one warm out of the oven with a cup of tea. Delicious and comforting.
