RAW Baking

Miniature Victoria sponges. So cute and delicious with a cup of tea in the afternoon 

Cheese scones made with buttermilk and a dash of cayenne pepper. Delicious warm with a knob of butter. 

A tray bake carrot cake sponge topped with cream cheese icing and one of my favourite spices, cinnamon. 

A classic lemon sponge cake with a lemon icing and  a few lemon peelings on the top. Pure heaven! 

This is a family favourite to the point where my sister has named their family dog `Flapjack'! To be fair, he does have the colourings of a slice of flapjack. Golden brown. I added plain chocolate chunks on the bottom of the flapjack this time, which gives it another texture to the plain version. Great with a cup of tea or a mug of fresh coffee. Flapjack Morris!

I made a chocolate fudge sponge cake with a Snoopy theme for my sisters birthday. The icing is made with coco powder, icing sugar and golden syrup and is very tasty with a silk smooth finish. Snoopy chocolate birthday cake
