This is a family favourite to the point where my sister has named their family dog `Flapjack'! To be fair, he does have the colourings of a slice of flapjack. Golden brown.
I added plain chocolate chunks on the bottom of the flapjack this time, which gives it another texture to the plain version. Great with a cup of tea or a mug of fresh coffee.
