I made this to eat whilst watching England play in the world cup against Panama.  Come on England!!

Pusheen is a very popular cat at the moment.  I made a 10th birthday cake for Molly using her favourite character, Pusheen as the theme for the cake. It is a vanilla sponge sponge filled with strawberry jam and creamy butter icing. Pusheen birthday cake Stage 2 in the baking proces s Stage 1 - ready to decorate!

Another English classic (although I know its not English in origin!) A meringue base topped with lashings of cream and a variety of summer fruits. A pure delight to treat yourself  during the summer!
