This is a cake I made for a caretaker, Mike who worked at Hastoe Housing for an impressive 24 years. It is a Victoria sponge decorated with butter icing using a `grass icing nozzle' which I didn't even know existed until a week ago! The lego lawn mower man was made by my lego obsessive friend, Richard.
