I made a chocolate fudge sponge cake with a Snoopy theme for my sisters birthday. The icing is made with coco powder, icing sugar and golden syrup and is very tasty with a silk smooth finish.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
