Homemade Christmas pudding

This were the best I have made to date after 5 hours in the slow cooker. They were light and fluffy, filled with different fruits and a touch of rum. Delicious with lashings of custard and some brandy cream!

Rawbaking Mince pies

I decided to add an individual feature to my mince pies this year and added a chilli pepper cut out on top. I think you'll agree they look rather nice. Anyone who knows me, knows I love chilli peppers!

Award winning white chocolate cheesecake

This cheesecake won the bake off at my work Christmas do this year! It is a white chocolate cheesecake, with a ginger nut biscuit base and a twist of lime. The cheesecake has a smooth, velvety texture.

Best selling Malteser Tiffin Cake

I added this to my list of xmas goodies this year and immediately it became a best seller. It has a crunchy texture, bursting with crushed maltesers in the middle as well as on top.

Chocolate birthday cake

This cake uses oil instead of butter in the sponge so its very moist. It is also bursting with chocolate flavour using cocoa powder in both the sponge and icing. I made this cake for my nephew, Ellis is is 7 today! Chocoholic birthday cake

Bailey's Truffles

ooh I made truffles with a good quality dark chocolate and a few tablespoons of baileys liqueur. They smell divine when you open the fridge door with an aroma of chocolate and Baileys!
