My ultimate favourite baking treat. Millionaire shortbread. A shortbread base with a smooth caramel on the top and then finished with a layer of melted chocolate.
Light and buttery, these delicate chocolate covered biscuits are a real treat. They are a bit fiddly to pipe into fingers or rosettes but worth it when you put one in your mouth. Delicious!
Homemade Christmas puddings are the best. I love the smell of the fruits and spices and if course, rum emitting from the pudding as it steams in the slow cooker. I package the pudding for delivery in recyclable paper with a festive ribbon.
I love the making a Christmas cake. Its very satisfying. The smell of rum infused cake as you feed it for a few weeks after baking it then covering the cake with marzipan and royal icing. You can't beat it as a tradition leading up to Christmas.

This is a great idea making a skeleton head with my popular rocky road recipe. Strategically placing the marshmallows to form the teeth and eye sockets!
This is a classic chocolate sponge cake filled and covered with chocolate fudge icing. On the top, as requested by my niece, Tia are a mix of Cadbury's scrummy chocolates including Crunchie, Curly Wurly, Flake and Twirl. I confess I did eat one of the Curly Wurly chocolates. I had forgotten how good they taste!!
This triple layer vanilla sponge cane was filled with white chocolate fudge icing and then topped with my homemade caramel sauce and peanut praline. Highly calorific and gorgeous tasting! I made this cake for my brother's 43rd birthday. He loves anything white chocolate based.
Wow this cake is full of everything you desire - chocolate, peanut brittle, marshmallows, caramel sauce, crumbly biscuits. All piled into and on top of a triple layer chocolate sponge filled with caramel buttercream. Its a show stopper for sure! I made this cake for my Sister in Law's 40th Birthday.
This is a family favourite to the point where my sister has named their family dog `Flapjack'! To be fair, he does have the colourings of a slice of flapjack. Golden brown. I added plain chocolate chunks on the bottom of the flapjack this time, which gives it another texture to the plain version. Great with a cup of tea or a mug of fresh coffee. Flapjack Morris!
Creamy smooth cheescake using biscoff spread, with a biscoff biscuit base. This is the recipe I used https://whatjessicabakednext.com/2020/05/15/no-bake-biscoff-cheesecake/ Very scrummy. I recommend you have a go at making it!
I made a chocolate fudge sponge cake with a Snoopy theme for my sisters birthday. The icing is made with coco powder, icing sugar and golden syrup and is very tasty with a silk smooth finish. Snoopy chocolate birthday cake
