A delicious crunchy butter biscuit, filled with my home-made plum jam and sprinkled with icing sugar to give that Christmas look finish! These Jammy Dodgers will be available to order for Christmas. More details on the baked goods you can order for Christmas will follow shortly.

This is a cake I made for a caretaker, Mike who worked at Hastoe Housing for an impressive 24 years. It is a Victoria sponge decorated with butter icing using a `grass icing nozzle' which I didn't even know existed until a week ago! The lego lawn mower man was made by my lego obsessive friend, Richard.

A nice, fresh tasting tart together with my fiery couscous (a bit of chilli, cumin and coriander to spice it up).

I made this birthday cake for my nephew, Matthew who was celebrating his 8th birthday. Vanilla sponge cake with chocolate and vanilla butter icing.

Delicate, soft and buttery I made these for Lee's birthday. A bit fiddly to make but they taste so delicious!

On Sunday, I invited my family over for afternoon tea in the garden. We had a selection of jam tarts, meringues, apple and cinnamon cake and butterfly cakes filled with white chocolate frosting. The most popular by far was the meringues with a dollop of cream and handful of raspberries. Delicious!

If you have a sweet tooth and love white chocolate, then this is the cake for you! White chocolate sponge with white chocolate frosting and sprinkled with white chocolate. I made this for my brother, Mark birthday on Thursday.

Made with my home made jam - the english classic jam tarts!

This morning I got up early and started to bake! It was very productive. I made a chocolate fudge cake for my sister in law's birthday, a Victoria sponge for the newly weds (Chloe and Tom O'Hara), white loaf for me and jam tarts for Lee!

You cannot beat freshly baked bread straight out of the oven with homemade jam and a knob of butter! I used Rachel Alen's bread recipe form her book entitled `Bake'.

A 3 tier Victoria sponge naked wedding cake. I made this for Chloe and Tom O'Hara's wedding. Victoria sponge is the brides favourite cake. Accompanied with vintage rose cupcakes.

Clotted cream brought back from Devon and home made scones. Delicious!

Here is the cake I made for Emma-Grace, whose 6th birthday was last week. Sprinkled with glitter and a pink sponge. Definitely a cake for girls only!
