You cannot beat freshly baked bread straight out of the oven with homemade jam and a knob of butter! I used Rachel Alen's bread recipe form her book entitled `Bake'.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
