75th Birthday Chocolate fudge cake This is a Nigella Lawson recipe. The cake is so moist and the smell of chocolate overwhelming. It is delicious! 

This was delicious. A true English pudding with sliced pears on the bottom, topped with a soft sponge and oozing with a caramel sauce. Just right with some vanilla ice cream

As I am not eating cake or chocolate during lent - I put my hands to baking a tasty and quite healthy mushroom and coriander quiche. I cannot wait til Easter though - I am desperate to make truffles! Ummmm..
