This was delicious. A true English pudding with sliced pears on the bottom, topped with a soft sponge and oozing with a caramel sauce. Just right with some vanilla ice cream
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
