RAW Baking

Today I had a marathon baking session - after a request from my friend, Rachel - I made some butterfly cakes. Whilst I was in the `baking mood' I went onto made brownies and a plum and cinnamon crumble (plums from our tree in the garden). Not sure when and whether I can eat all of these goodies, so if u live nearby pop in for cake and tea!

We had a pot of tea, glass of champagne, a pimms shot (with lemon sorbet..ummmm) and lashings of cream cakes. Woodlands Hotel, Cobham.

Vanilla cupcakes stuffed with chocolate chips and topped with chocolate fudge icing. Made for my sister in law, Stacys'32nd birthday!

A marvellous pudding made by my friend Dave - stuffed with raspberries, cream and a dash of cassis.

I went to visit my good friend Kate today, also known as the Queen of `sticky toffee pudding'(my favorite pud in the world). STP for short. Kate's STP is still the best in the world and still retains the title queen of stp!

A recipe from Momma Cherri's recipe book. The brownies were fudgy and very chocolatey. Truly scrumptious.

Happy birthday Chloe! I made lemon cupcakes with a purple flower on each as decoration.
