What better to celebrate Easter with a vanilla cheesecake. I crunched up some mini eggs and mixed them in the cheesecake itself as well as adding mini eggs on top.
For the biscuit base, I used chocolate digestive biscuits. On reflection, the classic digestive biscuit base would have been better but I wanted to go with the chocolate theme!
