Easter choc chip shortbread

I love Spring and with Easter around the corner, I decided to get my cutting shapes out and make some Easter style shortbread biscuits.

To celebrate Fairtrade coffee morning at my work, I used Fairtrade chocolate and sugar in my recipe. I made Chick and Rabbit shaped biscuits!

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂

A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!
