Birthday vanilla cheesecake 😋

I was very pleased when my niece Tia asked for a cheesecake as her birthday cake. As she admitted it's the first time she's not asked for a chocolate birthday cake! This recipe mixes fresh cream, cream cheese and icing sugar. The result is a delicious creamy cheesecake on a biscuit base. Happy 15th birthday Tia! 😊

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
