Oat filled biscuits with a bit of golden syrup added give them a nice chewy
consistency. My first time baking these and I feel they are a rather large for a biscuit but they taste good. 👌
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
