Classic victoria sponge birthday cake

A cake for my mums birthday. Her favourite cake is the classic Victoria sponge, filled with buttercream and homemade blackberry jam. Topped with more butter icing and a few fondant icing flowers.

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂

A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!
