These are a classic and very easy to make. Here's my recipe. Highly recommended warm out of the oven with a cup of coffee on a cold Sunday afternoon. True comfort food!
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
