Chocolate sponge filled with chocolate ganash inside and all over the cake. I made this for my niece Eden's 5th birthday. The theme of her birthday party was unicorns and pirates!
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
