Mini Victoria sponges

Mini Victoria sponges are a real treat and look so delicious on a vintage glass cake stand. I treated myself to a mini sandwich baking tray from Lakeland and would highly recommend it. I made these classic cakes for my `step-sister' Chloe's birthday yesterday.

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂

A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!
