I have a real craving for carrot cake muffins at the moment topped with cream cheese icing. Yum yum. As the queen of chillies, I topped these with a chilli pepper mounded from icing.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
