RAW Baking

This is a recipe I have wanted to try for a while. It mixes 2 of my favourite cakes - flapjack and cherry bakewell tart. I placed cherry jam in the middle of the flapjack, added almond essence to the flapjack irtself as well as the icing on top. The flaked almonds and cherry finsihed it all off very nicely. All in all it is highly recommended!

 On a wet and windy day what better than making mini Victoria sponges with my neice, Eden. They taste so good with a cup of tea. Should I have a second one????

 I couldn't resist making a few mince pies this weekend 😋 Delicious buttery pastry with a chilli shaped topping! 

My christmas cake has been feed with a dash or 2 of brandy over the past few weeks. Yesterday i finished it off with marzipan, royal icing and decorations.
