Celebrations chocolate birthday cake

  A vanilla sponge filled with vanilla butter cream and topped with a box of celebrations chocolates plus a sprinkle of gold dusting on the top!

Limon cheesecake with a ginger biscuit base

This is a light creamy cheesecake made with limes, cream cheese, cream and icing sugar. I decorated the cheesecake with edible borage flowers.

White chocolate fudge cake with caramel and pralin topping

 This triple layer vanilla sponge cane was filled with white chocolate fudge icing and then topped with my homemade caramel sauce and peanut praline.  Highly calorific and gorgeous tasting! I made this cake for  my brother's 43rd birthday. He loves anything white chocolate based.
