Trying to look at the positives of lock down, I have been mastering bread-making. In the last 24 hours I have baked 3 types of bread.
- The White tin Loaf - great as toast with butter and homemade blackberry jam!
- Pitta Bread. Great to have as lunch, warmed up and accompanied with houmous and chopped up carrot sticks.
- Tortilla wraps. We used these with our fajitas for dinner last night. Very quick and easy to make using plain flour and dried yeast.
