Jammy Dodger Delights

This lock-down is making me bake, bake and bake. It's keeping me going although not sure about my waist line! I am trying to do lots of one line fitness classes and a daily walk to burn a few calories.
I got this delicious recipe from a excellent baker, who I follow on social media What Jessica Baked Next. The recipe can be found here. I used Apricot jam and also my homemade BlackBerry jam for the filling. I think any type of jam or even lemon curd would work (next time!).
I also played around with the shapes. Hearts and stars look great but as a bit of a chilli queen, I could not resist a chilli pepper as well!
