It's that time of year again!  Here are my rawbaking goodies on sale for this Christmas. New for 2019 - Bourbon biscuit chocolate fudge & Rachel's  chocolate orange slab.  Christmas bags £6 each or a Selection box £12 each Butter Shortbread. Classic butter shortbread xmas biscuits sprinkled with sugar and topped with glitter. Snow Flecked Brownies . Everyone’s favourite! Dark chocolate, fudge style brownies filled with white chocolate chippings. The Triple R - Rachels Rocky Road. A sticky chocolate base mixed with shortbread biscuit and stuffed with soft pieces of marshmallows. Bourbon biscuit chocolate fudge.   Smooth creamy chocolate fudge filled and topped with crushed bourbon biscuits. Rachel’s chocolate orange slab. A tasty combination of chocolate orange, a handful of almonds & honey mixed with biscuits.  Honeycomb and Peanut chocolate slab.   My best seller. A winning combination of chocolate, pieces of honeycomb and peanuts. Classic Flapja

Please let me know if you would like to order your Christmas pudding by the 30th November 2019. They are steam cooked and packed with sultanas, raisins, cranberries and a splash of brandy. The cost is £10 each.  It is a 1.2 litre pudding basin and will provide 6-8 portions. 

A rocky road style skeleton face. A mix of shortbread, marshmallows, lashings of golden syrup and chocolate. Yummy!

You'd thought of such a great recipe as a Giant Custard Cream cake! It's a classic sponge cake mix with custard powder added into the sponge mixture as well as the buttercream.  The decoration on the top was a bit fiddly and we improvised on the classic a bit! It tasted good.

Happy birthday to my neice Tia.  She asked for a cake with chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! This cake has a chocolate sponge, filled with vanilla butter creak with crushed maltesers. On the top and side, chocolate fudge icing covered with chocolate fingers and a few more maltesers.

I made a chocolate fudge cake topped with a dark rich ganache topping for my colleague and friend, Dini who left my workplace today after 14 years. Her catchphrase at work whenever I did a mistake was `What's the Story?' hence the writing on the cake!  

" Birthdays are nature's way of telling us to at more  cake ."   As the tradition at works goes - you have to bring cakes in on YOUR birthday. For my lovely work mates I made my ultimate favourite carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and a new recipe - sticky toffee cake. The toffee topping tasted like butterscotch and went well with the chunks of fudge on top.

Chocolate fudge loaf cake and passion fruit cupcakes made especially for a bake sale at work today. 

After a very long wait, our new kitchen at work has been quadrupled in size and has had a lovely  refurb so of course, we had a cake to celebrate! Vanilla sponge filled with homemade plum jam and vanilla buttercream.     

A great cake for any chocoholic. I made this cake for my sister in law's birthday. A chocolate fudge sponge and filled the centre of the cake with vanilla butter icing mixed with crushed oreo cookies. The cake was topped with a rich chocolate fudge icing and decorated with more oreo cookies. Totally scrumptious!

It was a very hot day trying to ice this cake which made things a tad hard but i got there in the end! Happy Birthday to my brother in law, Paul aka Pam.

You can beat a slice or 2 of lemon drizzle cake on a bank holiday weekend. Just nice with a cup of tea whilst sat in the garden.

Freshly made this morning. I tool some brownies to work to share with my colleagues. 

A chocolate fudge cake for my sister's birthday today.  She is a Low Fu fitness instructor hence the karate style icing figures on the top of the cake.

My neighbour gave me some rhubarb from their garden, so i found a new recipe `Rhubarb and yoghurt cake.'  It has ground almonds in it as well as yoghurt, which gives the cake a lovely moist, dense finish. I think it would taste lovely with some ginger ice cream.

A family favourite Lemon Meringue Pie or LMP for short!  To enjoy over Easter with the Walls and Morris family.

A football birthday cake for my niece, Eden 6th birthday! I really enjoyed making this cake and look forward to using the hemisphere cake tin for other cake ideas later this year. Watch this space! Cream crackered birthday girl!

I have found a number of photos with a common theme. Me and cake! A mix of good ole homemade cake and some fabulous desserts and cakes I have enjoyed whilst at a cafe or restaurant Cheesecake Lashings of custard with this pudding Afternoon cream tea in Malaysia Good ole cherry iced bun Sticky toffee pudding. Absolutely divine! This is the bake off I had on my 40th birthday. There was sooo much cake. A small slice of red velvet cake!
