After a very long wait, our new kitchen at work has been quadrupled in size and has had a lovely refurb so of course, we had a cake to celebrate! Vanilla sponge filled with homemade plum jam and vanilla buttercream.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
