Rhubarb and yohurt tray bake cake

My neighbour gave me some rhubarb from their garden, so i found a new recipe `Rhubarb and yoghurt cake.' It has ground almonds in it as well as yoghurt, which gives the cake a lovely moist, dense finish. I think it would taste lovely with some ginger ice cream.

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂
