For all you Foo figher fans out there! And especially for Mandi Crockford, who celebrated her 40th birthday yesterday.

I made a few goodies for our stand promoting REGUA at the bird fair this year. Bristlefront brownies, sharpbill shortbread and forest falcon flapjack were on offer to visitors to this years fair.

I made this classic vanilla sponge cake with butter cream and jam filling for Di's 60th birthday celebrations!

I made this giant chocolate cupcake for my chocoholic sister-in-law, Erin. The sponge was chocolate and vanilla marble cake covered in swirls of chocolate butter cream icing. My niece, Tia was desperate for me to cut the cake so she could have a slice!
