Bluebell Cupcakes

To celebrate one of my favourite flowers I made Bluebell themed cupcakes. The English bluebell is in full bloom this time of year and our woodland has a carpet of purple running through it, as the photos below shows. I made the classic vanilla sponge, topped with a rice paper bluebell circle and finished off with vanilla butter icing.

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂

A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!
