Viennese fingers dipped in chocolate

These delicious biscuits take a bit of time to make, as you have to pipe out the biscuit dough onto your baking tray but they are worth the time and effort! Once baked and cooled down, dip in melted chocolate then place in the fridge to set. As always-  delicious served alongside a cup of fresh coffee.

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage.  So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂

A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!

Lemon Cupcakes with sprinkles on top

These lemon cupcakes were made for my colleague, Stephanie `Baby send off' at work. She goes off on maternity leave very soon.   I added lemon juice and lemon rind to both the sponge and butter icing for a lovely zesty flavour. Then added sprinkles on top to finish them off!
