Lockdown Lemon drizzle Cake

One of my other half's favourite cakes -the classic Lemon Drizzle cake.

Lemon sponge topped with icing. The icing needs to be slightly cracked for the full effect.

This lockdown is not good for the waistline!! But such things are one of life's pleasures.

Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍

Marble birthday cake 🎂

A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!
