You cannot beat homemade scones filled with strawberry jam and clotted cream. I made a batch of scones for everyone at work, after coming back form a week in one of my favourite places, Devon.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
