Here's my coffee drizzle cake. I made it for my friend, Helen 60th birthday today. Its a coffee sponge drizzled with coffee icing and shavings of chocolate on the top.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
