This is made second attempt at making pitta bread (first attempt failed!). I used Paul Hollywood's recipe and it worked very well and was very tasty. Takes a while to make but worth it. I left it to raise for 5 hours as opposed to Paul's suggested 1-3 hours. Our house isn't very warm so it takes longer!
