Double choc muffins

Marks and Spencer had sold out of their double choc muffins, so I decided to make my own! I added a lot of dark coco powder to my usual muffin recipe and huge chunks of plain chocolate. It worked. My husband gave me 7.5 out of 10, as opposed to M&S rating 8 out of 10. I'm pleased with that rating as my first attempt!! 

To get my rating up, I am told I need to add extra choc chunks on the top of the muffin. No problem!!

Marble birthday cake 🎂

 A delicious chocolate and vanilla marble effect sponge. Filled and topped with chocolate butter icing and then finished with some gold sprinkles!

Lemon Cupcakes with sprinkles on top

These lemon cupcakes were made for my colleague, Stephanie `Baby send off' at work. She goes off on maternity leave very soon.   I added lemon juice and lemon rind to both the sponge and butter icing for a lovely zesty flavour. Then added sprinkles on top to finish them off!
