A 90th birthday cake to celebrate my mums friend, Joyce big birthday. She had a small surprise afternoon tea to celebrate 🍾 her big day. I made a vanilla sponge and filled it with jam and butter icing.
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
