Plum crumble Tray-bake

Since I had bucket loads of plums from our garden, I found a really nice and easy Plum Crumble Tray bake recipe. It has a light sponge base, topped with a layer of plums and then a crumble topping to finish, I also added cinnamon to the plums - as I love a touch of a cinnamon. Lemon Cupcakes with sprinkles on top

These lemon cupcakes were made for my colleague, Stephanie `Baby send off' at work. She goes off on maternity leave very soon.   I added lemon juice and lemon rind to both the sponge and butter icing for a lovely zesty flavour. Then added sprinkles on top to finish them off!
