Plum crumble Tray-bake

Since I had bucket loads of plums from our garden, I found a really nice and easy Plum Crumble Tray bake recipe. It has a light sponge base, topped with a layer of plums and then a crumble topping to finish, I also added cinnamon to the plums - as I love a touch of a cinnamon. Cheesecake with a hint of lime

This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
