Bird watcher and conservationist Peter Alfrey has turned his hand to baking. His mince pies were rated 10 out of 10 by Lee dingain and myself. The pasty, made with egg yolks was really nice. I will be placing an order for a batch next xmas!
This is the chocolate marble cake I made for my nephews school fete in the classic Guess the weight of the cake competition. The answer: 13lb and 12oz.
