This is the chocolate marble cake I made for my nephews school fete in the classic Guess the weight of the cake competition. The answer: 13lb and 12oz.
Here is this year's birthday cake for my mum. A rich coffee cake - full of flavour with a moist sponge. I was a bit worried about getting the cake out of the ring cake tin but with a bit of patience, it came out in one piece! Phew.
A belated happy birthday to Lee for me, also- I could do with some of those cakes out here you know.
